Healing Souls with Reflexology

What is Reflexology?

It is a non-invasive, natural therapy derived from the study of reflexes based on the principle that the reflexes of the feet, hands, ears and face map to other parts, organs and glands of the body. The method of communication is via the nervous system through touch. Specific hand and finger techniques illicit responses like:

• Interrupts the patterns of stress and tension

•Improves the body's vital circulation

•Supports the body to function optimally

These above benefits apply to all.  You can also expect to see individual benefits based on your specific circumstances.
